WP3 – Preparation, Implementation and Pre-Production Testing
This Work Package oversees the design and implementation of Hungary’s national deployment plan for cross-border eHealth services. It ensures that all preparatory, technical, legal and organisational activities are carried out in accordance with the eHDSI Operations Framework.
The work package lays the foundation for Hungary’s operational readiness to provide and consume cross-border electronic health services within MyHealth@EU.

WP4 – Compliance Check, Production Environment Testing and Go-Live Approval
This Work Package oversees the final validation, compliance verification and operational approval of Hungary’s National Contact Point for eHealth (NCPeH).
It ensures that Hungary meets all eHDSI requirements, successfully completes production-level testing, and obtains the necessary European approvals to start routine cross-border eHealth services.
Main Objectives of the Work Package
- Initial Compliance Check (ICC).
- Production Environment Testing (PET).
- Obtaining EU-level approval and launching routine service operations.

WP5 – Operations
This Work Package oversees the provision, maintenance and long-term sustainability of Hungary’s cross-border eHealth services following go-live.
It ensures that services are delivered in accordance with the eHDSI Operations Framework, applicable Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), while maintaining operational stability and continuous improvement.

Continuous 24/7 cross-border service provision.

This Work Package oversees the long-term continuation, compliance verification and continuous improvement of Hungary’s NCPeH operations.
It ensures that service operation and maintenance are sustainably planned, regularly assessed and aligned with evolving eHDSI requirements and eHealth Network (eHN) guidelines.
