WP1 – Management and Coordination
Work Package 1 oversees the overall coordination, governance and monitoring of the project at national level. It ensures that Hungary establishes and operates an effective management structure to support the deployment and operation of new cross-border eHealth services within the MyHealth@EU framework.
This work package guarantees alignment with both national requirements and the European MyHealth@EU governance model, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely implementation.

This Work Package oversees the communication, dissemination and awareness-raising activities of the project. It ensures that stakeholders, partners and citizens are continuously informed about project progress and milestones, and that the results achieved are effectively communicated to the relevant target audiences.
The work package also promotes the opportunities and benefits of cross-border electronic health data exchange as a key outcome of the project.
